This notice explains how Oracle Atelier handles information when you use our website, free relationship tools, private account space, AI-generated reports, Luna, Relationship Tests, Dream Reflection, Oracle+ and payments. Please do not submit emergency, medical, legal, financial or highly sensitive identity information.
Information we collect
- Account details such as display name, email address, authentication data and account dates.
- Relationship history, including nicknames, relationship type or status, notes and updates.
- Report questions and results, Relationship Test answers and results, dream text, moods, journal notes and Journey events.
- Luna messages and the relationship, journal or dream context you choose to keep available to the experience.
- Orders, subscription records, payment references, historical Legacy Credit records and support correspondence. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by the website.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, approximate timestamps, server logs and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.
Why we use it
We use information to provide the feature you requested, keep an account and saved content available, process report or subscription orders, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, keep records and improve reliability. Depending on the purpose, the lawful basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or compliance with a legal obligation.
Local device and account sync
Before sign-in, some relationships, journal entries, dreams, Relationship Test results and Luna messages may be stored in your browser on that device. When you create an account and use sync, selected data is sent to the Oracle Atelier server and associated with your account. Clearing browser storage can remove device-only content; server-side account content requires an account request.
AI-assisted processing
Reports, Relationship Test explanations and Luna replies may be generated with AI. We send the minimum context needed for the requested output, which can include your question, language and context you have saved. AI output can be wrong, is not a fact about another person and is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or emergency advice. Luna works with what you tell her; she does not know another person’s private thoughts.
Oracle+ subscription data
If Oracle+ is enabled for your account, we process the selected plan, billing period, payment-provider references, subscription status, renewal period, cancellation choice, entitlements and subscription-related events. We use this information to activate the benefits included in the selected plan, manage cancellation and prevent duplicate webhook processing.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential browser storage supports session and product features. The site records product events such as route views, free-test completion, report previews, report purchases, Oracle+ actions and account events to understand the funnel and service reliability. Advertising tags are used only if configured and where the required consent applies.
Optional product updates are sent only when you separately opt in. Receipts, report delivery notices, password resets, subscription notices and other service messages are transactional and are not marketing opt-ins. You can change optional cookie choices through Cookie Settings.
Private relationship data
Relationship history, journal notes, moods, dreams and Luna context are private by default. They are not public profiles, are not placed in the sitemap and are not included in public share cards. Public Relationship Test and Connection Profile shares are designed to contain entertainment results rather than private relationship text.
Your choices
You can ask about access, correction, export or deletion of your account data by contacting support@oracleatelier.co.uk. We may retain limited records where needed for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.
