Returns and Ritual Guarantee

We want customers to feel confident before buying. UK online customers can tell us they want to cancel within 14 days after receiving eligible goods, then return the goods within the following 14 days.

Oracle Atelier also offers a 30-day product care window for eligible unused crystal products. This is product protection, not a promise of a spiritual, emotional, relationship, financial, or health outcome.

Eligible Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original pouch or packaging when applicable.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received or after valid proof of return is provided, depending on the payment provider used at checkout.

Damaged Items

If a crystal arrives damaged, customers should contact support within 7 days with photos of the product and package.
