Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to create an account or purchase paid services.

These terms apply when you use Oracle Atelier, including free relationship tools, Relationship Files, Relationship Tests, Dream Reflection, Connection Profile, AI-generated reports, Luna, Oracle+ and historical Legacy Credits.

What the service is

Oracle Atelier is an AI-powered relationship journaling and personal reflection platform. Results are based on what you share and are for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not facts about another person, therapy, medical care, professional advice or a guarantee about the future.

AI-generated content

Reports, Relationship Test explanations and Luna replies may use AI-assisted generation. AI can make mistakes or misunderstand a question. You remain responsible for checking information and making your own decisions. Oracle Atelier does not claim that an AI output proves another person’s feelings, intentions or future action.

Legacy Credits

Legacy Credits are historical, non-cash credits attached to eligible existing accounts. New users are not offered credit packs. Legacy Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash and remain subject to the balance and uses shown in the account. We will not remove a valid historical balance except to correct fraud, duplicate credit, a refund or an obvious technical error.

Oracle+ subscriptions

When Oracle+ is offered for purchase, checkout identifies the monthly or annual plan, price, billing period, automatic renewal and benefits available on that plan. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the current paid period. Oracle+ does not include Legacy Credits unless the applicable plan explicitly says so, and it does not include unlimited AI use or high-touch services.

Paid digital content

Paid reports, reflection plans, Connection Profile features and Luna features are digital services or content. Checkout identifies the price, what is included and when access begins. Where applicable, before immediate digital performance begins we will ask for express consent and acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right may be affected once the content is supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personalised reports

One-off reports are AI-generated digital content described on the Reports page. They use the information you choose to share for personal reflection. They do not claim knowledge of future events, therapy, medical care or professional advice.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how we handle report purchases, subscription payments, historical Legacy Credits, duplicate payments and technical failures. It does not remove statutory consumer rights.
